Senior Housing and Referral Agencies are unregulated by the State of Oregon, but members of OSRAA have committed to a high level of excellence. An agency must meet specific requirements before they can become a member of OSRAA. Please see our standards and ethics page for information on the OSRAA standards.
If you are interested in applying for membership, see the application here.
If you have a complaint about a referral agency or agent, please let us know. File a grievance here.
OSRAA also offers Business Partner Memberships for companies who may not meet all the criteria for membership but who want to be involved in OSRAA. Business Partner Membership is open to companies who serve the senior population and are not primarily engaged in referral and placement or are not yet eligible for Membership. Business Partner Members must complete an application for membership and pay their annual dues ($250). For more information visit our Bylaws, Article IV Business Partner Members Find the business partner membership application here.

What we do...
When the time comes to move a loved one to a new home it can be an overwhelming task filled with guilt, inexperience, and worry.
My job is to help the family find an environment where your loved one can not only get the specialized care required but the environment is also the best fit for the whole person.
We’ll talk about your special person’s past work, hobbies, care needs, financial resources as well as your specific concerns and worries for your loved one.
My goal is to make this difficult transition as easy as possible for the person moving as well as family.
