Membership Requirements
OSRAA membership is open to Long-Term Care Senior Referral Agencies operating in Oregon and SW Washington who meet the following requirements:
- Registration with ODHS
- Current professional liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000
- Agreement to OSRAA Code of Ethics and Bylaws
